Saman, I have heard back from our Site Engineering team regarding the issue, and it looks like we are safe to issue a refund for the charges for Pages.
So, I have gone ahead and reversed the charges for Pages. Within 10 business days, a credit of €17.99 should be posted to the credit card that appears on the receipt for that purchase.
That being said, I have also issued a code that you can redeem on your account. This redemption code will allow you to download Pages for free.
When redeeming this code, sign in to the Apple ID associated with the Mac App Store/iTunes Store account that you originally intended to update this application with.
