Dear Foad,
This is Eddagie from iTunes Customer Support. I hope you're doing fine. Thank you for taking your time to write us about your concern.
I understand that you are unable to remember the answers to your security questions. I know how eager you are to resolve this issue. Let me help you.
Foad, we have reset the answers to your security questions. To choose new security questions, sign in to
http://appleid.apple.com with your Apple ID and follow these steps:
1. Click the "Manage your account" link
2. Enter your Apple ID and password then click "Sign in"
3. Click "Password and Security" on the left
4. Enter your new security questions and answers then click Save
5. Click Sign Out in the upper right-corner of the site
Once you have reset your security questions, you can sign into your iTunes Store account and try your purchase again.
Please be advised that Apple takes the security of your iTunes Store account very seriously. Your security questions are safeguards designed to protect your account against unauthorized purchases.
The iTunes Store asks you to answer your security questions the first time you purchase an item from the iTunes Store on a computer or device that you haven’t used before.
I hope everything goes well from here. Do let me know if there's anything else I can help you with.
Sincerely,
Eddagie
